Is it over...

I'm getting sick of winter. I can deal with the cold, but the snow is getting old.. I used to like to snowboard, but somehow didn't find the desire to dust off the board this year, even though we had a week of the best powder in about 20 years, from what I've heard. Oh well, had a few really silly days on the mountain bike instead.

Managed a new January record of 580 miles!!! Too bad that includes 200ish commuting miles, which are pretty much garbage.

Looking forward to a couple of days of long road rides with some Steves this week, hoping I'll get my ass out of bed by noon on my days off.

New development on my mountain bike scene..... Out with the Niner, in with the Salsa! With any luck, I'll be able to get the new ride built up when the frame comes in on Thursday, and get a little bit of time in on her, and try to figure out the cockpit a little bit. I will be sticking with one gear again this year, but not a 38x20 like some people I know. I'm old, and stuff....
